A two-day Training of Trainers (TOT) Certification Course was conducted by the CBSE COE Bhubaneswar at Starling International School on 20th and 21st December 2024. The workshop aimed at equipping educators with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective training and facilitation.
The sessions were highly interactive, focusing on modern teaching methodologies, effective communication strategies, and the development of leadership qualities among educators. Trainers from various schools participated, gaining insights into the evolving role of educators in shaping the future of students.
The management of Starling International School played a crucial role in making the event a success. They provided excellent infrastructure, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for learning. The school's hospitality team ensured that food and refreshments were served timely, catering to all the participants' needs.
